Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination and knowing the location, size and shape, etc. But it could be many things including a mole, a skin tag, a seborrheic keratosis, a skin cancer, a patch of eczema or psoriasis, etc. Visit the link below to see pictures of these possibilities and then i would recommend you see a dermatologist. Greetings! I have psoriasis. I have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. For at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot.
