Diarrhea? i've had diarrhea for the last two days. now today, it's like a white-yellow almost discharge, but it's coming from my anus. any ideas what it could be? or how to stop it?

This : This is likely due to a stomach virus/food poisoning. The symptoms usually resolve in about 7-10 days. If you have a high fever, blood or parasites in your stool you should see your doctor sooner. In the meantime maintain adequate hydration and eat a bland diet. Take care.
