Posttraumatic stress: Is that what you mean? No, adhd doesn't mean u also have ptsd. But they are not mutually exclusive either. You'll want to see a qualified therapist who will take yr history ; determine a diagnosis, if any. Adhd can increase (dis)stress in one's life as it feels difficult to "keep up" sometimes. Ptsd comes from trauma such as child abuse, rape, combat, catastrophes, etc.
