Iti s common for people to get enlarged nodes in the neck with dental or throat infections. These lumps should decrease in size over time as the inflammation goes away. If they continue to grow they show be evaluated. Another cause of lumps could be sebaceous cysts and othe skin conditions. If they worsen or do not resolve within 7-10 days, they should be evaluated.
