What could a bump be on the back of your neck where the hairline starts?

Benign or malignant: It could be lipoma- benign fatty tumor, could be cyst- brachial cleft cyst, could pimple, could be pleomorphic adenoma- benign tumor of salivary glands, could be squamous cell carcinoma. If it is palbable lesion, fine needle aspiration can be performed to examine microscopically cytology of the lesion.
