There : There are many over the counter remedies for hemorrhoid pain. You can try preparation h, tucks, (witch hazel) rectal hydrocortisone, etc. There are creams, medicated pads, and suppositories available. If you have bleeding hemorrhoids you should schedule a visit with your doctor. Sometime there may be other issues going on. Things such as anemia will need to be ruled out. All the best.
