No, : No, it is not. Meloxicam is an anti-inflammatory often used to treat pain due to arthritis, tendonitis and the like. It is unlikely to help you if a sinus infection is truely the problem. In my experience, patients have a tendency to blame a lot of ills on their sinuses, when in fact the problem lies elsewhere. Talking this over with your physician would be wise.

Meloxicam: Meloxicam is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. It is not an antibiotics. It might help with the pain, not the infection.
