This : This is difficult to answer without a clinical examination so i would recommend you see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options. It could be melasma, acanthosis nigricans, striae, sun damage, or many other possibilities. Take a look at the link below to see a picture of melasma. I hope that helps a little!
