Once : Once a patient gets susceptible from stress on the body or prior infections, they are more prone to getting repeat viruses during the year. As you have had persistent problems it may be worthwhile to have blood tests performed to be sure you don't have any other medical condition. It sounds like you are eating very healthy, and i assume you don't smoke which increases the risk of infections. You could try also walking a mile or so a day if you are able, as exercise can be helpful in fighting infection. Also please be sure you get a flu shot every year. It is not to late to get one this year as we are having a very late flu season.
