I had an extraction on monday and it still feel sore and aching i took tylenol (acetaminophen) and now i'm on ibuprofen for 2daybut once it wears off it's still pain.

Call dentist Monday: If it still hurts, call the dentist Monday to let them know. They'll either reassure you and give some advice or ask to see you. It's part of followup to procedures to do this. I might be a dry socket or, hopefully just soreness - but call - describe - follow suggestions. Be glad the pain medicine works while it does. Take care.

Infection?: Avoid very hot or cold foods/drinks, take Ibuprofen 600 mg (3 OTC tabs) four times/ day. If no better by first of week, see your dentist. You may need an antibiotic.
