You : You should go to the er. Abdominal pain, especially on the right, associated with a fever could be from appendicitis. Please be seen immediately to have this completely evaluated.

Abdominal pain: Pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen with fever and nausea has multiple causes. Appendicitis is one of them and it could be an emergency. Upper right sided abdominal pain with fever and chills could be secondary to gallbladder stones or infection, it could be also an emergency.
