I : I do not know of eczema being related to flushing. You should see a dermatologist for the eczema, and see your primary care doc for the flushing and painful skin sensation. There may be a thyroid issue, anemia or even another series of remote possibilities, make sure they check your blood pressure also when you see your doctor.
