The : The implant is placed deep to the hair follicles of the bearded skin. The only thing you may find is that if an external incision is used (very common) you may have a fine line scar under your chin where hair doesn't grow. If you're growing out your beard this scar would likely get covered, however.

Most : Most surgeons perform this surgery through a small incision under the chin and to that extent you may have a very small strip of non hair-bearing skin under the chin. However in most instances this is not typically visible. Incisions iniside the mouth are possible but may be associated with a higher risk of implant infection.

A : A chin augmentation will not affect your ability to grow a beard when an implant is surgically placed. The incision is made inside the mouth or in a fine line under the chin which will not injure the surrounding hair follicles of the beard.

Chin surgery: It should not have any affect on growing hair. However, if the access is made through the skin, the surgeon has to close it nicely, so you do not develop a wide scar, which prohibits growth of hair.
