Specializes in Hand Surgery

This : This can be from a hand issue such as circulation, where the outflow the venous return from our hand is affected. It can be from a metabolic issue related to your blodd chemistry. It may be related to the position your hands are in i.e. If they are down and dependent. Try raising your hands over your head occasionally when exercising and see of that helps, however the main thing you want to check is why this is happening and you want to have your circulation and cardiac funciotn assessed.

Agree with Dr. W.: One more issue to consider is carpel tunnel syndrome. If you are overweight, losing weight may help. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex,. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
