I : I agree with you that that is a concerning symptom. Please take a pregnancy test if there is any possibility of pregnancy. It sounds like your weight is stable and that you have had your thyroid function checked. I don't know your age, but some women go through menopause as early as their 40's. Even prior to that, hormone levels can fluctuate with age. However, the bottom line is, it is very abnormal not to have a period for four months, and you need to be rechecked by your doctor.
