Neisseria : Neisseria gonorrhea do not live outside of the body. They are transmitted cell-to-cell. They are an intracellular organism. When they come in contact with a new cell, they attach to the cell membrane and are transmitted. Therefore, you can't get gonorrhea by touching a toilet or tabletop for example.

No risk, no worry: Probably only a few minutes, i.e. when the infected fluid dries. But it doesn't matter, really. Gonorrhea and other STDs are never caught from a contaminated environment. There is no risk from sharing toilets, towels, clothing, or touching contaminated surfaces. Use common sense hygiene but otherwise don't worry about it.
