You : You need to have a complete medical evaluation as to the cause of your pain. If you are having severe hip and shoulder pain, the problem could be from within the joint, such as arthritis, or it could be from radiated nerve pain from your spine. Plain x-rays would show arthritis, but an MRI is needed to identify a bulging disc that is causing nerve pain. Please be seen again so that you can be appropriately treated.
