You : You need a complete medical evaluation. Stomach pain and acid reflux are concerning symptoms. Share your concerns about pregnancy with your doctor; you may need a blood pregnancy test which is more accurate. This is especially important if you have been missing your periods. But you do need to have your symptoms completely medically evaluated.

Agree with Dr. E: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
