You : You need to be seen immediately by your doctor or your urologist for those symptoms. Those could represent an infection or skin condition. Since they are limiting your flow of urine you must be seen immediately. If your doctor can't see you, or if you can't urinate, have fever, vomiting, or pain, then you will have to go to the er.
