Possibly: If your pooch is just fat under the skin and you can pinch it out, yes. Lipo can be good. But if the pouch is because of poor muscle tone, or intra abdominal fat, then no.

May be but...: Good advice would necessitate an in person examination. As you know, “slightly poochy belly” may mean different things to different people. Ultimately, you may be a good candidate if you have isolated diet and exercise resistant adipose tissue of the area, with good quality overlying skin elasticity present. If muscle laxity is present, tummy tuck surgery may be best option. Best wishes.
