It : It sounds like you are having quite a bit of pain. You need to be evaluated and screened for infection or abnormalities of your cervix. Please be sure that your pap smears are up to date. If there is any chance that you could be pregnant, then please take a pregnancy test. The pain/spotting would be from your vagina or cervix, and would be unrelated to your hips. If you develop abdominal/pelvic pain, vomiting, fever, or light-headedness/fainting, then you would need to be seen as an emergency.
