Rest : Rest easy.......While its true that air entering the blood stream can cause what we refer to as an "air-embolism".....You would have been dead 48 hours ago! its relatively common to see some air in the IV line....But obviously we try to minimize this. Your going to be fine. Vsd or not..True large air embolisms are generally fatal. When people are treated for this they are placed in what we call trendelenburg position (your head reclined way way down in relation to your feet [more easily done on a hospital bed or table]). The next step is a bariatric chamber. All this is just fyi.

Odd posting: This site is not a chat room and your posts are not linked,Also we can not see any special material you upload on the site, only what is in the post. Tiny bubbles in an IV are not a problem. The scary movies that push the idea are based on fantasy. An air pocket the size of a baseball would be a problem if it was pushed rapidly into your blood vessel.
