You : You could have a swollen lymph node or a cyst. What seems like two lumps may be a normal part of the palate. If you are concerned, you can it checked out by your doctor. Take care.

COULD : Could be a simple cyst ie a bracial cleft cyst or thyroid cyst. Get it biospied.
