As : As far ASD i know chondritin and glucosamine are supplements that improve the cartilage in your joints. I am not aware though if they lead to regeneration of cartilage.

No: Be sure to read all labels and ingredients before using any medication whether prescribed or over the counter. Chondroitin/glucosamine combo as the sole ingredients do not have any stimulative properties that I am aware of.
