What does normocephalic, atraumatic without any lesions mean? i have degenerative disc disease, bulging discs, herniated discs, empty cell syndrome, atypical hemangioma in l10 spine.

No : No lesions = no abnormality of the tissue. Norcocephalic = normal shaped head. Atraumatic = not caused by trauma or no signed of trauma. This means that the head was normal shaped without any signs of trauma or abnormal tissue.
