I : I can not state what the 19 year old male's reason is. The best way to find out is to enquire from him directly. Some people do not get adequate removal of feces with toilet paper alone and for some people, it is painful to wipe with toilet paper. If one of these reasons is his motivation, you could let him know that there are moist disposable toweletts designed specifically for that purpose.
