Your : Your history sounds very complicated. Forty surgeries is amazingly extensive. Please see your surgeon immediately as your symptoms are very concerning. If you have weakness, fever, or vomiting then you must be seen immediately.

Talk to MD: Without all the information it is difficult to really give you suggestions on what the problem is. I would suggest a long discussion with your primary care physician about your symptoms.
