I swallowed a needle yesterday and i got xrays and they found it in my stomach.what should i do ? i heared that eating a lot of bread or cotton will help.

I : I am very curious as to the recommendation that was given to you in the hospital or urgent care where you had the x-ray done. To me this definitely sounds like a surgical case. A needle could do a lot of damage to your stomach, intestines, etc. And should be removed at once, in my opinion. I recommend you go back to the er or urgent care and seek medical attention right away.
