Yesterday i might have swallowed a piece of a toothpick. this was over 24 hours ago. i have felt stomach since about an hour after ingestion. the pain is near constant. it is underneath the ribcage. the pain is not severe. should i go to the er?

Yes: If the toothpick is lodged in your esophagus there is no way of determining other than direct esophagoscopy. If still pain after 24 hrs, this is certainly possible To ER - NOW
