My feet are swelling skin is dieing breaking open i thought it was athetics foot but there is a patch on the bottom it is round this is very pain full

You : You should definitely go and see a podiatrist right away. What you probably have is an infection and or an abscess on the bottom of your foot. If you do not go and visit a podiatrist, this infection may get worse and ytour foot will swell even more. What the doctor will need to do is to make an incision and drain all the pus from your abscess. After that, you he or she will clean the wound and dress it with a topical antibiotic ointment such as bactroban (mupirocin). You will most likely need to take some oral antibiotics as well. But whatever you do, don't just wait thinking it will resolve. It's better to go and visit a specialist than waiting.
