Honey : Honey is not an unhealthy form of sugar. However, if you are trying to lose weight and you consume a lot of honey, the calories could add up.

Honey: Is a sugar. It is not as bad a trigger for spiking blood sugar as table sugar but does not get a free pass to use it liberally. Just because it is natural does not make it w/out consequences if used. Using it sparingly is best. Peace and good health.
