There : There is no one treatment for stretch marks that always works. After you have delivered, i would recommend topical Retin-A cream ( the same as the acne medicine). You should use it for at least 6 months. This alone can be very effective. In terms of more aggresive treatments, there are some promising results with the fraxel laser though it would take several treatments to see a result.

The : The v-beam laser can be effective in reducing the purplish color of stretch marks. Combined with Retin-A on the surface, this is a treatment i sometimes recommend.
