You : You are likely experiencing tachycardia (fast heart rate) and likely feel your heart beating under your breast. There are many causes of tachycardia, the most common being anemia, dehydration, stress/anxiety. I recommend you have your parent/guardian take you to your doctor for an evaluation/work up of this problem. Best of luck.
