It : It is difficult to fix glare problems that are caused by lasik with additional laser surgery. If glasses or contact lenses help with blurriness and glare, then additional laser may help. Sometimes a glaucoma drop called alphagan (brimonidine) can limit the size of your pupils at night, and may provide some relief without further surgery.

You : You should get a lasek as it is safer than a lasik retreatment by digging up the old flap also the laser can sometimes go wider than the flap, but the flap limits the ablation diameter so with lasek which doesnt involve a flap i can maximize the diameter of your treatment zone thereby decreasing your night problems when your pupil dilates so now i always enhance lasiks with a lasek of the flap just had a letter to the editor of a journal accepted recommending this newer safer approach you would need mmc or you will scar btw so make sure the md uses mmc good luck!:).

A : A treatment with custom wavefront treatment will likely give you better vision and decrease your glare if there is a residual refractive error. If there is no treatment needed, drops can be used to make the pupil smaller.

However, if your daytime vision is good there are other options for dealing with glare problems with large pupil. Probably not: If you have residual prescription causing your symptoms, additional laser may be helpful. Based on your description, it does not seem additional surgery will help your symptomology. Consider a rigid contact lens fit.
