Scabies : Scabies does not affect the throat or mouth. I've attached a website below with scabies information. It sounds as though you are having a reaction to something else you've encountered. If you have any difficulty breathing or swelling, call 911 or go to the er. Otherwise give your doctor a call. By examining you and taking a good history, they may be able to figure out what is causing your discomfort. Good luck!

Unlikely: Scabies is a mite that causes an itchy rash..It is highly contagious, but it is unlikely that the insect could survive and cause problems in the mouth or throat.
