A : A common cause of gas and bloating is lactose intolerance. Try to cut out dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese etc.) do this for two weeks and monitor for improvement. If that does not work try the same thing except eliminate anything containing gluten. Lastly, try an over the counter gas medication like gas-x or beano. If these things do not prove helpful visit your doctor for a complete evaluation. Best of luck.
