I have a lump on the left side of my vagina towards the back. it just showed up last night. its not a pimple. quarter size. i do not know what it could be or what to do about it. it seems semihard.

This : This could be a cyst, enlarged lymph node, wart, or even herpetic lesion. There is no way to say without examining you. Schedule a visit with your primary care provider or gynecologist for an examination and treatment as deemed necessary. Best of luck.

You should have this evaluated and one of the most common causes is an obstructed gland called a bartholin's cyst. In some instances it may require surgery if it doesn't resolve on it's own.
