You : You have a condition called "retractile testicles." your testicles are surrounded by pouch-like muscles -- the cremaster muscles -- which contract or relax to either draw your testicles nearer to your body or let them dangle into your scrotum. This helps regulate the temperature in your testicles and provides an environment that's ideal for sperm development. If your cremaster muscles are overactive, they can pull your testicles all the way into your inguinal canals or even into your lower abdomen. Typically, the "problem" of retractile testicles resolves sometime during puberty. If this condition persists, it could interfere with your future fertility, place you at risk for testicular torsion (a twisted testicle), or even increase your risk for testicular cancer. I've attached a mayo clinic link that provides more information about retractile testicles. If you've already gone through puberty, or if you have any other concerns about your condition, see your doctor or go to a urologist. Good luck! http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/retractile-testicle/ds00742.
