Pregnancy possible: if you have had unprotected sex/intercourse; and you have irregular periods or this period is different from your usual period; you should take a pregnancy test for confirmation. You didn't say when your last period was that lasted 4 days. If the bloating and digestion problems are new and persists, you should see a doctor for further evaluation.
