The : The bigger concern is that having unprotected sex with an IV drug user exposes you to hepatitis and hiv. By comparison, the very small risk of your testing positive for meth is of only minor concern. If i were you, i would assume that the risk of testing positive is high and use that as a reason to have him wear a condom or, better yet, stop using IV drugs.
