There : There are some issues about Nitric Oxide in the tissues, and Nitric Oxide deficient experimental animal and the efects of indometacin or the inhibicion of these effects by other products . But I do not know whether anything is known or has been studied on the use of oral no powder and the use of indomethacin. With ulcers and other damages indometacion in elderly gives those symptoms that you describes . More infromation might be obtain directly with the pharmaceuticals, they are constantly doing research with these products.

Ineffective: Typically, what is touted as "nitric oxide booster" is l-arginine powder. L-arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is released from the endothelium and causes vasodilation. Typically, people eating a normal diet have plenty of arginine in their diet to make nitric oxide. There is no proven performance advantage for taking l-arginine before training or competitive exercise.
