You : You may have an irritant dermatitis from the clean and clear which contains benzoyl peroxide. I would recommend you try a Hydrocortisone cream twice daily for a few days. If not better, consider seeing a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. I hope that helps.

Cortisone cream: A topical cortisone cream may be helpful but you may need a more potent preparation available only with a prescription by your doctor. Most important, stop using whatever stuff which has triggered the rash.
