Where do attachment problems come from in kids?

Yes: Attachment is a normal development in first 2 years of life. Infants who are adopted after 6 months of age, who undergo disruption in relationship with care givers, has multiple care givers, certain genetic disorders or pervasive developmental disorder may affect attachment/social skills ina child and the child may start mistrusting care givers.

Attachment: Texts are written on the issue of attachment. It can be as simple as temperament -a child is born with certain social characteristics that may be interpreted as attachment issues- or as complicated as a developmental issue that requires full evaluation.
