Multi-vitamins : Multi-vitamins should be taken daily around the same time., the reason being is so you don't have elevated levels of vitamins in your system. This could lead to unwanted side effects. For example elevated vitamin B12 can cause a rash, b6 can cause neuropathies. These are merely two examples. If you eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables then you may not require a daily vitamin. Please take this into consideration.
