See an OB/GYN: This could be multiple different things, but one of the concerns is that you have some inflammatory lesion on your cervix (the end of the uterus extending into the top of the vagina). This could be due to human papilloma virus, which can cause uterine cancer. To be certain you are not missing anything would recommend seeing a gynecologist soon. Bleeding is not normal.
