The : The odds are excellent that the baby is ok. Generally women with more nausea have higher HCG levels (human chorionic gonadotropin) that are associated with normal pregnancies. The one, fortunately rare, exception is a molar pregnancy. Your primary care physician or your ob/gyn's office can order serial quantitative HCG levels to re-assure you or even an ultrasound which can be done at a hospital or free-standing facility.

Each pregnancy: can be different. It doesn't mean that there is a problem with the pregnancy. Continue prenatal care.
