Perhaps : Perhaps try a benzoyl peroxide cleanser or gel otc. If that doesn't help, consider a trip to a dermatologist who can evaluate you and prescribe a variety of medications that can help. Be patient: Not every otc product provides the same benefit for all patients. It would really help you if you saw a dermatologist to start on a protocol which would include skin cleansing. Other modalities may be added as needed. Your heading in the right direction by asking questions!
