Honestly : Honestly this is an issue that needs to be addressed by the urologist. Unfortunately you may need surgical revision if a problem is detected (excess scar tissue for example). Please see your doctor right away. Good luck.

Penile sensation: should have fully returned by now & penis should extend fully. Worst case scenario is that too much shaft skin was removed plus ? penile nerves may have been damaged during surgery. Would consider seeing an independent urologist, in an other town, who in no way is connected with surgeon who performed the circumcision. This will insure an unbiased opinion.
