Honestly : Honestly your best bet is to have a repeat ultrasound. By now a heartbeat should be present(approx 7 weeks). Also in the meantime you should have serum (blood) testing every 3 days. Your doctor will be able to tell you if the pregnancy is viable. There is a chance the sac is empty or not growing. The Insulin or Diovan (valsartan) should not affect pregnancy test results.
