What could cause a stabbing pain right in the middle of her stomach, and every time she eats the pain travels up she's ten years old, stomach has not become hard , no new bumps or rashes. nothing we've given her to try to eleviate some of the pain.

Reflux : She may have reflux,and a trial of a proton pump inhibitor may be indicated. Avoid caffeine,acidic and spicy foods until you see physician.
